By using and/or purchasing products/services through this website, the user (hereinafter: "the user" and/or "the customer") confirms and applies these regulations to himself.

Use and purchase of products on the site constitutes your agreement to the terms of use.

The terms of use written in these regulations are the only rules that will bind the website owner towards users of the website services.

Please note that the Terms of Use may change from time to time at the sole discretion of the website owner, without notice. Changes to the Terms of Use will apply to products/services purchased after the change.

Use of information The information is used for the purpose of: processing and completing orders, improving the user experience on the site, sending updates, offers and promotions (only with your permission), customer service and responding to inquiries.

Data storage and security The website is secured with SSL. Credit card information is not stored on our server – payment is made through external, secure providers (such as PayPal, Isracard, PayPlus). We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

User Rights You can request to review, update or delete your information at any time by contacting customer service.

Refunds and Cancellations – 30-Day Trial

You can return any product for any reason – including dissatisfaction – within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Original packaging or unused condition is not required.

Please send an email to zeyna.hub@gmail.com and include your order number and return request. Full return information will be sent in response, including the supplier's address and a contact phone number for shipping purposes.

The product must be sent by Israel Post – registered mail with a tracking number only. After shipping, you must send us a photocopy of the shipping confirmation with the tracking number. Once the package appears as Delivered in the tracking, a full credit will be made to the original payment method within 48 hours. There may be an additional delay from the credit card company of up to 10 business days.

The shipping cost applies to the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect - then the shipping cost applies to us.

Products specified on the product page as non-returnable cannot be returned under this policy.
