Purchases of the Company's products on the Site will be made using a credit card through the Site's clearing system (hereinafter: " Credit Transaction ").
A credit transaction is carried out by entering your personal details on a secure SSL page. You will then be transferred to a clearing page hosted by a third-party company where you will be required to enter your credit card details and payment preference in accordance with the terms of the transaction. The responsibility for the personal information transferred to the credit clearing company during the filling in of the data on the clearing page at the end of the order lies with the credit clearing company, with this information being transferred in an encrypted and secure manner in accordance with international standards and credit company instructions, by the clearing credit company.
The clearing page and the credit clearing operation are carried out by external credit clearing companies, Hyp Ltd. and Max Ltd., both of which are clearing companies that are among the credit companies' service providers and are authorized to carry out credit clearing operations in accordance with all laws, and also comply with all the strict standards and guidelines of the credit companies for carrying out secure online transactions.
Upon receipt of confirmation of the transaction from the payment page, you will be redirected back to the site where you will receive an order number confirming your order and at the same time a notification will be sent to you via the email address you entered. If the system encounters a credit card charge refusal, you will receive an appropriate notification.
In any case of refusal of the payment method, an appropriate message will appear to the operator of the action, the transaction will be canceled and the user will be able to try to make a repeat purchase through the site. It should be noted and emphasized that a transaction is not considered a complete transaction until approval for the execution of a credit transaction is received from the relevant credit company. It is clarified that the shipping date will begin from the date of receipt of approval from the credit company to execute the transaction.

Law and jurisdiction
This agreement will be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel and the parties agree that the exclusive place of jurisdiction will be the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
