By accessing or purchasing from this website (the “Site”), you (“User” or “Customer”) agree to these Terms of Use.

These Terms are the only terms that bind the Site owner toward Site users. Terms may be updated from time to time at the owner’s sole discretion, without prior notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of the country/state where the company is incorporated. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute shall be the competent courts in that location.

Purchasing & Payments
Purchases are made via a secure checkout operated by third-party payment processors authorized to handle online transactions. After payment is approved, you will receive an on-screen order confirmation and a confirmation email. If your payment method is declined, the transaction is canceled, and you may try again. An order is complete only after final authorization from the relevant payment provider. Order processing and shipping timelines begin once payment is approved.
By placing an order on the Site, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate. Providing false information is prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
Returns & Cancellations - 30-Day Trial
You may return any product for any reason - including dissatisfaction - within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Original packaging or “unused” condition is not required unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
To request a return, send an email to zeyna.hub@gmail.com with your order number and “Return Request.” You will receive return instructions, including the return address and contact details for shipping coordination. Ship the item using a trackable service, then send us the tracking number or receipt. Once the package is marked as Delivered, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 48 hours. Please note your bank or card issuer may take up to 10 business days to post the credit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect - in which case, return shipping will be covered by us. Products explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page are excluded from this policy.
